July is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and get grounded.

The slower pace of winter invites us to reassess our goals and nurture mental well-being. This month is about finding strength in stillness, fuelling the mind, and giving ourselves the space to recharge and move forward with purpose and calm.

Our Superfoods of the Month:

Grounding

  • Recharge the mind with a warm cup of Turkey Tail, Mesquite, Cacao Butter, warmed coconut milk & dates blended to perfection.

Mesquite Horlicks

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • ½ C Mesquite powder

  • ¼ C coconut milk powder or oat milk powder

  • 2 Tbsp Master Adaptogens

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp cardamom

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1–2 Tbsp coconut sugar for added sweetness (optional)

Mix or sift all powders together until completely blended. Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place.

TO SERVE:

Stir or whisk 2–3 tsp into a mug of hot oat or almond milk. Add a drop of vanilla extract or a swirl of honey for extra comfort.
